SR Training Advantage reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any Webinar/event due to inevitable reasons such as insufficient registrations or circumstances beyond its control. All the attendees will be notified about the cancellation of the event.
A Webinar may be cancelled due to insufficient or unavoidable circumstances.
The cancelled Webinar, could be rescheduled and a New Date would be promptly intimated to the attendees.
In the case where a live webinar is cancelled, registrants / Participants of the webinar may choose between recorded version of the webinar (Valid for 6 months).
The attendees may opt to take a different webinar, which has a same price tag at a future date & time; they are welcome to do so.
On-Demand recordings (Past events) in exchange but equal to the original amount remitted.
Refunds will not be processed if Participants/Customers do not show up for the webinar.
A Webinar may be cancelled due to insufficient attendees or any other unavoidable circumstances, Participants/ Customers will be notified of the same 24 hours before the scheduled start of the event.
We sell digital products from our site (Live, Recording & Transcript etc.). This product is delivered to you at the same time you buy. After viewing the product, it cannot be returned.
If you have selected the option of group attendees, then you can register up to 10 attendees for this live (or) recorded webinar.
If a webinar is canceled completely, an attendee may opt either of above points 1,2,3,4,5,6,7. However, SR Training Advantage will not be responsible for any penalties or other expenditure incurred due to the cancellation.
