Yes. Immediately after you register for a webinar with SR Training Advantage, you will receive a confirmatory mail via email or phone . Once you complete the registration process, you will receive a registration letter.

What if I face a problem while placing an order?

SR Training Advantage would provide a refund only if the webinar has been canceled and will adjust the payment if the webinar is rescheduled to another date.
SR Training Advantage will not issue refunds to participants that do not show up for the webinar.
Neither the refund nor the letter of credit would be issued if the registered attendee fails to attend or fails to cancel the event.
